Life Coaching is a partnership between a coach and client with the purpose of enhancing the clients life, and helping them realise and achieve their goals.

Holistic coaching looks at the individual from more than one perspective - Mind, Body, Spirit & Emotions. Considering how these areas interact with each other, and where there may be imbalances can help us in our exploration of what your ideal life may look like, and what it will take to get there.

At it’s very essence, coaching is about helping you move forward in life, and moving past the feeling of being “stuck”.

How do I know if life coaching is for me?

Have you ever wondered if perhaps you’ve fallen onto the wrong path? Maybe you’re sometimes unsure if you’re happy, or fulfilled. A coaching relationship can be a wonderful thing to support a client to relieve that feeling of being “stuck”. Yes, absolutely. My approach blends stress relief techniques with powerful questioning to help identify the root cause of your overwhelm. We will then plan achievable action steps to help you both manage the stress in the moment, and reduce the overall impact it has on your life.

Do I need to have a specific goal or problem to work with a coach

Yes, and no… coaching will help you to become clear on your goal and what it will take to get there, so don’t worry if you don’t have one lined up. But you should have an idea of the area in your life you are feeling stuck in so that we can use that as a motivator for change.
