Hi, I’m Beth Murray.
I’m so happy you’ve landed here!
I’ve been teaching Pilates and Yoga in Edinburgh, Scotland, since 2022 and expanded my work in 2024 by becoming a certified Holistic Life Coach, and Mind-Body Practitioner.
As a former journalist, I have a passion for educating and sharing information. This period of my life also highlighted personally how detrimental the demands of a career can be in many ways.
I made the decision to change a situation that was draining me, and I can help you do the same!
I offer 1:1 coaching, group sessions, relaxation resources, stress management techniques, and much more. My approach is particularly helpful for those who, like I once did, feel successful yet deeply unfulfilled — longing for that spark of passion and joy that makes life truly meaningful.

My Approach
At the end of the day I’m here to support you, and together we’ll work to figure out exactly what that looks like. We’ll begin by gently exploring the area of life you would like to see a change in, and then look at the reasons behind that desire - your motivation. With my support you can begin to visualise the life you want to lead and what steps need to be taken to achieve it. Expect grounding breathing exercises and stress management techniques woven into the experience as we work to bring balance back to your life.
What I need from you
I can be your cheerleader and challenge you to think in new ways or see things from different perspectives, but you have to put in the work yourself to see the progress you desire. Change requires commitment and that can be scary, that’s why having someone like a coach to hold you accountable can be so valuable.
